

Tracey brings 25 years experience in the voluntary and community sector, where she was primarily a senior manager and leader of organisations and staff teams focussing on children, young people and communities.
Before becoming the Chief Executive of the Attlee Foundation in January 2008, Tracey spent over twenty years in high level positions in a range of organisations within the third sector.
Tracey has worked closely with Trustees on business planning and governance and successfully developed major revenue and capital projects. Her vast experience includes strategic planning and change management, staff and project development, financial management, fundraising and public relations work.
In the mid 1980s, Tracey worked for the Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) as a fundraising development officer before becoming the acting director of Markfield Project, where she was involved in numerous projects with young people with disabilities.
In the mid 1990's Tracey began working for Forest YMCA, partnering with a range of agencies, to develop initiatives to support young people. Tracey led on creating projects for homeless young people, a day centre for homeless adults, childcare and holiday programmes, volunteering initiatives, sports and housing developments whilst leading on the fundraising and promotions. Tracey expanded the organisation's work to serve three London boroughs.
From 2001 Tracey was a neighbourhood director for Poplar HARCA for six years, where she led on major housing and community regeneration programmes and services. In this time, Tracey worked with local communities, agencies and government representatives devising plans and strategies to improve the quality of neighbourhoods for residents, young people and businesses.
In her role as Chief Executive of the Attlee Foundation Tracey was responsible for profiling the social policy work of the charity, managing a grant giving scheme and planning local services and provision for young people.
