We have developed a partnership with the BAC because we believe that by working together, the support we provide to retiring athletes through our harnessing talent programme complements the work of the BAC who we recognise as the membership organisation for Olympic, Paralympic and World Class funded athletes.

Creating Excellence

We believe that together, every one achieves more, so we have teamed up with Creating Excellence. They have a track record of making the most of sporting champions as role models for young people so we are working together to help the retiring athletes maximise their skills and talents in making a difference
to young people.

London Legacy 2020 and East London Business Alliance

Making sure that the work we do in communities fits with the local partners is been central to our values. That's why we have been working with London Legacy 2020 to join up our BT Backing Talent programme with the other support already in place for young sports performers in East London.

Personal Development Point Ltd

There are currently 189, 000 young people not in education, employment or training in the UK. The impact of this on a young person can last for many years: at 21 they have a greater likelihood of unemployment, a lower income, gaining a criminal record and having poor health and mental illness. We think that with the right support, and a positive role model through our harnessing talent athletes, these young people have the chance to turn their lives around, and we are
working with PDP to do this. To find out more about this work, have look

Skill Force 

We have teamed up with Skill Force have to undertake a new project called 'Making Headway'! Using our retired sporting champions and Skill Force's military heroes we are maximising the power of positive role models to unlock potential and inspire achievement in young people. SkillsActive

We believe that the next generation of young people are crucial to our economy and development as a country. That's why we have gladly taken on the role of employer champion for the new sport and active leisure diploma and working in partnership with SkillActive to support vocational learning through
apprenticeships and AASE.

Sport England

Ensuring that our work with NGBs and harnessing talent athletes compliments the new Sport England Strategy of Grow, Sustain and Excel has been essential for us. We have valued the support the Sport England team have given us in shaping our work and we are excited about the role our retiring champions can play as a new workforce in sport.

Sport 2 Business

Each of the harnessing talent athletes we work with are unique individuals, but there is one thing they all have in common: the desire to make the most of the skills and experience they gained as an elite performer. That's why we are working with Sport2Business, who are looking for sporting champions like our harnessing talent athletes to take their winning mindset into the commercial workplace.

Sport2Business said: "We aim to become the 'go to' talent management company for organisations wishing to engage with and eventually hire talent from within competitive sport. We aim to provide organisations with a new and effective recruitment channel to source talent while also deriving ancillary benefits in business development, staff training and retention, marketing and corporate social responsibility".


National Governing Bodies of Sport

We are working with NGBs to ensure that through our harnessing talent athletes, sport gets to make the most of the fantastic skills and experience the retiring champions have gained throughout their careers in performance sport. We are working in partnership with a number of sports to integrate our work to meeting the outcomes of their sports strategies.
